IBO Mozambican Hot Sauce

Named after the small island in Northern Mozambique IBO is made in the traditional chilli sauce style used in Mozambique.  Bird’s eye and habanero chillies are fermented and combined with exotic African spices, to produce a balance of flavour and heat.   The sauce has a creamy texture, with a slight taste of the tropics.  Used on food that needs an extra kick.

Packed in a 125ml glass bottle
